To be eligible to apply for an Individual plan, you must reside in the service area as defined by Regence BlueShield. The service area includes the Washington state counties of Clallam, Columbia, Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Island, Jefferson, King, Kitsap, Klickitat, Lewis, Mason, Pacific, Pierce, San Juan, Skagit, Skamania, Snohomish, Thurston, Wahkiakum, Walla Walla, Whatcom and Yakima Counties.

This plan makes you eligible for the Regence Health Savings Account. The savings account portion of this product allows you to set aside tax-free money to fund your deductible and other qualified medical expenses. You can work with the financial institution of your choice or Wells Fargo, our strategically chosen bank. If you purchase coverage for your family, you must meet the $5,000 family deductible.
